Terms of service
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between ראויה אליאס, Nazareth 5070 (“we”) and the business that subscribes to Cresaro (“you”). They do not create a relationship between us and your customers.
2. What the service does
Cresaro connects to your WhatsApp Business account and answers your customers’ messages using the business information you provide, and takes appointment requests. It does not confirm an appointment on your behalf: every request waits for a person at your business to approve it.
3. Your WhatsApp account
You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account. Your relationship with Meta, including Meta’s per-message charges and its policies, remains yours. We act as your technology provider. If Meta restricts or removes your account, the service stops working for you and we cannot restore it.
4. What you are responsible for
- The accuracy of what you enter — prices, opening hours, service descriptions and any document you upload. The assistant answers from it, so an error in it becomes an error in the answer.
- Having the right to send messages to the people you message.
- Reviewing and approving imported content before it goes live.
- Monitoring conversations the assistant escalates to you.
5. What the service is not
The assistant does not give medical, veterinary, legal or financial advice, and is instructed to decline such questions and pass them to a person. You must not configure it to do otherwise. It is a scheduling and information tool, not a professional.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of your business content and your customers’ messages. We process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export or delete them; see Data deletion.
7. Fees
Subscription fees are shown at sign-up and billed in advance. Meta charges you separately for messages; those charges are not ours and are not included. We may change our fees with 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal.
8. Trial and cancellation
The trial period is stated at sign-up and requires no payment card. You can cancel at any time; the service continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-periods except where the law requires it.
9. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. The service depends on Meta, Google and other providers whose availability we do not control. Where an automated reply cannot be produced, the conversation is passed to you rather than answered badly.
10. Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, breaches Meta’s policies, or is used to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. Where circumstances allow, we tell you first.
11. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
12. Changes and governing law
We will post changes on this page and email you about material ones. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
